4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ku77 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• ku77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ku77 does not support conversion to foreign currencies.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ku77 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000; or if you deposit ৳6,000 you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus terms are violated, ku77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ku77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

ku77's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can progress from one tier to the next through regular play. The benefits and eligibility criteria for each tier are determined by ku77 and are subject to change.

VIP benefits are for personal use only and are non-transferable. VIP membership may be cancelled if an account becomes inactive or if the Terms are violated.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Betting Limits

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between ku77 and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by these Terms.
